Program Description
Emlen Lodge LLC provides an account and reservation management system for members and guests of our family-owned vacation rental property in Cascade, Colorado. By using our system, you agree to receive transactional messages related to your account and reservations.
Message Types
You may receive the following types of messages from Emlen Lodge:
- One-time passcodes (OTP): Verification codes sent via email or SMS to sign in to your account.
- Reservation confirmations: Notifications when reservations are created, modified, or cancelled.
- Payment reminders: Reminders about dues or payments related to your partnership share.
- System notifications: Important updates about the lodge, maintenance, or your account.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your usage. You will receive messages when you sign in, when reservation activity occurs, or when there are important updates. Typically this is a few messages per month.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply for SMS messages depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Emlen Lodge does not charge for sending messages.
Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Emlen Lodge. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages but can still receive email notifications and access the website directly.

For help with messaging, reply HELP to any SMS from Emlen Lodge, or contact us at admin@emlenlodge.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Emlen Lodge system after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
